Crestwood Gets the GNO Party Started!

5/19/2011 - Break out your favorite shade of pink! After all of the votes were tallied the 2011 Girls Night Out theme will be Pretty in Pink! We can't wait to see the Sunrise Mansion offices of Farmer, Cline & Campbell draped in every possible shade of pink! Planning for this year's event is underway! 9/29/10 - We would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2010 Girl's Night Out Luau on the Lawn such a successful event! We appreciate everyone who stepped up and purchased one of our fabulous auction items, bought chances for our raffle items, or purchased tickets to join in on the fun! Thanks also to all of our 2010 sponsors who helped us exceed our goal. We greatly exceeded our goal and raised an amazing $115,543.53! This would not have been possible without the outpouring of support and participation we received from each and every one of you!

8/8/10 - This year's event speaker, Paula Booth, shared her powerful story in this morning's Sunday Gazette-Mail. Her journey from domestic violence victim to survivor is a true testament to her willpower and the services she received to keep her safe from her abuser.

8/6/10 - Wowie, Donny Osmond himself has recorded a radio spot promoting Girls Night Out - just for us! 7/29/10 - The final numbers are in, and this year's Viva Las Vegas Bunco Night raised more money than ever! The St. Francis Hospital Domestic Violence Committee raised an outstanding $10,076 for the YWCA Resolve Family Abuse Program through last week's lively event. Edgewood Country Club was packed with women who share in our mission to help eliminate domestic violence once and for all in our community. Keep up the great work, ladies, and thanks to everyone who supported this event.

7/27/10 - 600+ women love their sweets and are counting on volunteers to prepare the event's island-inspired treats! To tackle one of the recipes identified by our fabulously talented head dessert chef, please contact Brittany Jordon at (304) 542-3596 or babygirl4u725@hotmail.com. 6/16/10 - Calling all committee chairs! We're getting together Monday, June 21 at 6:00pm at Ichiban in downtown Charleston. We'll be discussing some great new developments with decorations, entertainment, raffle, auction, food, beverages, transportation, sponsors, and more. Put on your party planning and fundraising caps, and enjoy the best sushi in town! If you're interested in getting involved on one of the committees, this is the time and place to do it!
